Well, its that time of year again where we start planning our annual biking calendar. Thought I would send a few details about the 2025 Paul Fields Peaks Rally. The date is 18-20th July.
This year we are holding PFPR at The Holly Bush Campsite. Grangemill in the Peak District. This was where we held our first PFPR. This campsite has all camping facilities. Toilets and showers, water and limited EHU The new owners Johnny and Penny have been very keen to work with us to make this a successful rally.
There is a pub over the road from the campsite which will be open for drinks only. Pre Ordered breakfast cobs will be provided on the campsite. Pre Ordered food on the Friday and Saturday evenings will be delivered to the site. We will be organizing all this. I will ask for pre-orders from people who are interested in attending.
On Saturday before the entertainment on site, we are in the process of organising a tour of the local mini brewery with transport provided. This will be confirmed at a later date if going ahead
There will be a large marquee with limited tables and chairs (please bring your own where possible) on the campsite for our use. This is where we will have entertainment and food on Friday and Saturday nights.
Teas and Coffee will be available at the control tent all weekend. There will be a the run out in the stunning picturesque Peak District. We will hold the usual rallyists choice vote for best bike. The raffle for our usual chosen charities (all donations of prizes greatly appreciated) will be held and a toast the toast to Paul Fields.
This year we are hoping to have rally ‘hoodies’ designed and printed up. However, these are limited in numbers. If you would like one, please let me know asap. T-shirts will be available when these are sold out.
Camping will be £10 per person per night per night. There is no accommodation available on site.
If you want to attend this rally let me know the number of people and what camping you require, eg nights and unit. If you book accommodation in the area, please let me know for numbers.
