        Liebe Freunde des GTR,

        Dear friends of GTR,

         

        wir haben die Entwicklungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Corona-Virus lange beobachtet und sind schweren Herzens zu der Entscheidung gelangt den GTR14 zu verschieben.

         

        Doch aufgeschoben ist nicht aufgehoben, wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den GTR14 im nächsten Jahr.

         

        Bis dahin passt auf Euch auf und bleibt gesund!

         

         

        We have long observed the developments related to the corona virus and with a heavy heart we have come to the decision to postpone GTR14.

         

        But postponed is not cancelled, we are already looking forward to GTR14 in the coming year!

         

        Until then take care of yourself and stay healthy!

         

        We will monitor the situation and announce a new date as soon as possible.

            Hello friends of the GTR,

            The question: will there be a GTR in 2012?

            The answer: NO!

            The substantiation:

            The situation in Germany, specially in our area here in the north,  would allow a GTR, but….. it’s an  equation with many unknowns.

            Beginning of August all the tourists coming back from all over the world, wherever they have spent their holydays. Who knows what kind of virus they carry in the Rucksack?

            And our friends from the EU and England, nobody can tell what entry requirements we have tomorrow? This morning I heard in the radio that people who visited GB have to go into quarantine for 2 weeks ☹

            On the other side it’s a financial thing. For all the expenditures  I (we) have to pay in advance.

            In any case I think of something, certainly for 2022.

            Eventually with a test balloon in spring???

            Believe me, I’m not a coward , but this matter is too hot for me, at least now.
